• Non-confidential workflow prototypes.
• Public research metadata.

Not allowed without written institutional approval

• Patient-identifiable images or clinical records.
• Official grades or authoritative student records.
• National identifiers and confidential personnel data.
• Confidential committee minutes, quotations, or procurement records.
• Credentials, API keys, or production secrets in notebooks or GitHub.

Use approved university systems as the authoritative repository. This platform may link to those records but should not silently become their replacement.
